“First step with 4B” is a joint initiative of 4B and the Kateryna Osadcha Foundation, which gives children from residential care facilities and foster families the opportunity to take their first step in education and development.

During the “Family Christmas for each child” event, everything starts with a simple but very important gesture: each child receives an envelope with a blank letter and can write or draw on it what they want to learn, that they are interested in, what they want to grow up in. Then the child throws this letter into the “First Step with 4B” mailbox on his own — as his first letter in the future.

After the event, Team 4B, along with the Foundation, will carefully review the letters, connect with adults who support children, and help turn the wish into a real plan. According to the results of the initiative, 20 educational grants will be implemented — exclusively through the payment of tuition, courses or sections in the fields of education.
