Last night, the ballroom floor of @viennese_ball_kyiv became a place where dreams came true.
Four girls from family-type care homes (DBST) stepped into the world for the first time as debutantes of the country's most prestigious event — the Vienna Charity Ball 2026.
This evening at @fairmontgrandhotelkyiv was not just a celebration for the girls — it was a real step into adulthood. For some of them, it was the dream graduation stolen by the war; for others, a personal victory over circumstance and fear.
Why has "Dream Dance" become such an important part of our Foundation's work? We believe that the experience of success is the best foundation. When a child has a family and support, she gains the confidence to stand as an equal among others, to overcome barriers and to dream without limits.
Thank you to the partners who helped make this dream a reality:
This was only the first step. We will soon be sharing the full story of this transformation and introducing you to each of our heroines: Anna Stepnova, sisters Anastasiia and Anna Moliar, and Veronika Cherkashyna.
Follow along with us to see this journey — from the very first rehearsal to stepping onto the grand ballroom floor.
