The HUMAN CAPITAL location of the Kateryna Osadcha Foundation at the Career Festival became a space where teenagers were looking not just for a profession — but for themselves.
They took soft skills tests, immersed themselves in the profession through VR, chatted with career counselors — and learned more about their strengths.
