The Human Capital Podcast at URC 2025 is the first podcast created directly within the framework of the international conference Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome, initiated by the Ekaterina Osadchyi Foundation as a platform for conversations about Ukraine's main recovery resource — people.
The project brought together leading international and Ukrainian opinion leaders around the key themes of the country's future: education and professions, return of Ukrainians, protection of children, human capital development, inclusion and the role of business in reconstruction. The podcast was attended by 15 guests — representatives of the government, international organizations, business, education and the civil sector.
During the project, 10 episodes were recorded, which became a platform for a meaningful dialogue between Ukraine and the international community. Among the guests are European Commissioners, Ministers, heads of international organizations, as well as leaders of Ukrainian institutions and businesses.
The podcast gained a wide audience: airs aired in the national television marathon “United News” and gathered more than 1 million viewers. Additionally, the content was distributed through digital platforms — YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, expanding the reach and access to the discussions.
The topics of conversation were:
education and professions of the future;
return of Ukrainians from abroad;
protection of children and support of vulnerable groups;
integration of veterans and people with disabilities;
business development and international partnership;
The role of human capital in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
The Human Capital Podcast has become not only a media project, but also an advocacy tool that emphasizes that rebuilding a country begins with people — their knowledge, opportunities and decisions. The project forms a new quality of dialogue about the future of Ukraine, where people and their potential are at the center.
