The Foundation helps teenagers decide on their future and choose a profession that suits their abilities and interests. We create programs that combine learning, practice and mentoring so that young people have the opportunity to try themselves in different directions.

Participants get acquainted with modern specialties, participate in trainings and practical projects, get useful skills and support from mentors. This allows everyone to make a conscious choice, feel confident in their own abilities and form a vision of their own future.

Our initiatives give young people a chance not only to gain knowledge, but also to open new opportunities for development and building a decent life in Ukraine.
