About NGO “Kateryna Osadchyi Foundation”

The Ekaterina Osadchi Foundation is a charitable organization that focuses on solving complex social problems that are often overlooked by the state. The Foundation's team consists of media, volunteers and professionals united by common values: freedom, dignity, openness to new ideas and flexibility in action.

After a full-scale invasion in 2022, the organization has focused efforts on supporting children left without parents, finding missing civilians, and mentoring young people. One of the key projects was the Missing Search Platform, which brought together volunteers and helped find thousands of people.

The foundation works thanks to charitable contributions and donor funding. We pool resources, expertise and partnerships to achieve results where it is most needed.

Event information

“Family Christmas for every child” is an all-Ukrainian socially significant event aimed at supporting family forms of education, foster families, guardians and caretakers.

The event will take place on December 23, 2025 on the territory of VDNG (pavilion “KIT”) in the city of Kyiv.

The event takes place in a festive Christmas atmosphere and brings together about 500 participants from different regions of Ukraine. It forms a space of trust, mutual support and exchange of experiences between families who have already adopted children into the family or are just preparing for this step.

The program of the event provides:

• festive joint dinner at a long Christmas table;

• performances of Ukrainian artists;

• participation of famous guests, athletes and public figures;

• thematic master classes;

• traditional Christmas treats;

• the most massive carol in Ukraine with the participation of foster families, guardians and children.

The event is implemented by the Kateryna Osadchyi Foundation with the assistance of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care and UNICEF in Ukraine.

Term of provision of services

• Period: approximately from December 17, 2025 to December 23, 2025;
• Employment: agreed volume, equivalent to full (100%);
• Form of interaction: contract for the provision of services with a sole proprietor;

Main areas and scope of services (3 Lots):

LOT №1: Services for the development and implementation of the concept of decorative design of the event space

LOT №2: Services for organizing an event, exterior decoration of locations

LOT 3: Creative, technical and organizational services for the preparation and holding of the event

Term of service: Services must be provided no later than December 23, 2025.

Legal requirements:

• Registered individual entrepreneur with relevant KVEDs;
• Possibility of official provision of services with the signing of the contract and the provision of an act;

Compliance with privacy policies, anti-corruption, non-discrimination.
