Subject of procurement within the framework of the Project

Providing services for the organization, optimization and support of key administrative, financial, legal and HR processes within the framework of the Fund's activities. The services are aimed at ensuring the stable institutional work of the organization. The provision of services is carried out as an individual entrepreneur with the corresponding KVEDs.

Main directions and scope of services

‍

1. Operations Management and Administration

● Analysis, implementation and improvement of internal processes (accounting, contract management, document management);

●Supporting the sustainable functioning of the office: logistics, living, meeting the needs of the team;

● Systematization of processes according to the requirements of donors and partners (UNICEF, USAID, etc.);

●Support the Head of the Foundation in the strategic administration of the organization.

2. Financial Planning and Control

● Participation in the budgeting of projects and the general operating budget of the organization;

● Cooperation with an accountant and lawyer on expenses, tax planning, optimization;

●Control of targeted use of funds, planning of cash balances;

● Preparation of financial tables and summary reports for management;

●Verification of primary documentation before signing.

3. Personnel and team management (HR functions)

● Organization of recruitment processes (together with HR);

●Participation in team formation: contracts, adaptation, employee bases;

●Control of the execution of contracts, acts of work performed, timesheets;

●Coordination of engaged experts (sole proprietors) in administrative matters;

● Support internal team dynamics and communication.

Term of provision of services:

Period:approximately from December 25, 2025 to January 31, 2026;

Employment:agreed volume equivalent to full (100%);

Form of interaction:contract for the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur;

Format:mostly offline (office in the city of Kiev, right bank).
