Subject of procurement within the framework of the Project

Ensure effective implementation of program activities at the local level by coordinating actions between performers, partners, suppliers and the project team.

Main tasks

• Coordination of project activities in the region:

• Participation in the organization of events (picnics, exhibitions, workshops);

• Communication with partners, representatives of local authorities, suppliers;

• Control over the implementation of logistics and technical tasks on site.

• Interaction with the central command:

• Regular communication with the software manager and operations team;

• Participation in online meetings and scheduling;

• Timely transmission of updates, risks and support needs.

• Documentary confirmation of activities:

• Collection of signature letters, check letters, photos;

• Brief event reporting (templates are provided by the project team);

• If necessary — participation in local procurement support (together with the operations team).

Geography

The service is provided in one of the following cities (will be specified in the contract):

Kiev, Odessa, Nikolaev, Khmelnitsky, Mukachevo.

Conditions

• The service provides part-time employment (estimated — 15-17 days of active involvement per month);

• Departures, event support and logistics (if required) are provided by the project separately;

• Flexible work schedule — in agreement with the project team.

Term of provision of services:

• Provider form: Individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor)

• Period of service: until January 31, 2026

• Form of payment: monthly fixed cost of the service according to the act of work performed

• An invitation to cooperation of 5 coordinators is expected (one in the regions: Kiev, Odessa, Nikolaev, Khmelnitsky, Mukachevo)

Tender structure:

Lot 1:

Provision of coordination services at the local level in the city. Mukachevo, Khmelnitskiy, Kiev.

Lot 2:

Provision of coordination services at the local level in the city. Nikolaev and Odessa.

There will be 1 winner for each city. Each participant submitting a bid for lot 1 or lot 2 - can submit a bid only for 1 city.
