The Katya Osadcha Foundation is a charitable organization focused on addressing complex social issues that often remain overlooked by the state.
The Foundation's team consists of media professionals, volunteers, and experts united by shared values: freedom, dignity, openness to new ideas, and flexibility in action. Following the full-scale invasion in 2022, the organization focused its efforts on supporting children who have lost their parents, searching for missing civilians, and providing career guidance for youth.
The Foundation operates through charitable contributions and donor funding, in close partnership with UNICEF Ukraine.
The program is implemented by the Katya Osadcha Foundation in partnership with UNICEF Ukraine, expanding the parties' previous cooperation in two strategic areas: communication for social and behavioral change (SBC) in child protection and alternative care, and the development of career management skills for youth.
The "Career Management Skills" component addresses a national priority identified by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the State Employment Service: bridging the gap between education and youth employment. Building on the "My Path — Career Trajectories" pilot program, this component involves refining an evidence-based methodology, developing it into a replicable toolkit, training municipal practitioners using a training-of-trainers approach in 5 communities, and building the capacity of the State Employment Service to apply SBC approaches in communication with youth.
This service is implemented as part of the "Career Management Skills" component of this Program and directly supports the refinement process of the "My Path — Career Trajectories" methodology, which is being carried out by the Lead Methodology Author.
The convened working group ensures the technical validation of intermediate versions of the methodology/toolkit by key stakeholders and directly influences the quality of the final product, which will subsequently be used by the Capacity Building Expert(s) to conduct training-of-trainers in 5 target communities.
Design and convening of a Technical Working Group (TWG) to provide technical support and validation for the refinement of the "My Path — Career Trajectories" career management skills methodology: developing the group's concept and mandate, forming its membership, preparing and conducting working sessions, and documenting results and recommendations.
Form of cooperation: contract with an independent contractor (sole proprietorship)
Format: hybrid (remote preparation of materials and reporting, in-person/online group working sessions)
