The Kateryna Osadcha Foundation is a charitable organization focused on addressing complex social issues that often remain overlooked by the state.
The Foundation's team consists of media professionals, volunteers, and experts united by shared values: freedom, dignity, openness to new ideas, and flexibility in action. Following the full-scale invasion in 2022, the organization focused its efforts on supporting children, families, and communities affected by the war.
The Foundation operates through charitable contributions and donor funding, and in close partnership with UNICEF Ukraine.
Program Information
The program is implemented by the Kateryna Osadcha Foundation in partnership with UNICEF Ukraine and expands upon the parties' previous collaboration in two strategic areas: communication for social and behavioral change (SBC) in the field of child protection and alternative care, and career management skills for youth.
The "Career Management Skills" component addresses a national priority identified by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the State Employment Service: bridging the gap between education and youth employment. Among other things, the component involves building the capacity of the State Employment Service (SES) to apply SBC approaches in communication with young people.
About the project
As part of the Program, the Foundation is conducting a training program for State Employment Service specialists: in-person one-day workshops in the regions (tentatively Odesa, Kharkiv, Poltava; 25–35 participants each) and online events lasting 1.5–2 hours (plenary sessions and online workshops with group work). This procurement covers facilitation, logistics, and technical support for the events, as well as the organization of 2 expert roundtables.
Subject of procurement under the Program
Training Delivery and Logistics Service package: facilitation of training events for State Employment Service specialists, organization of in-person workshops (venue, participant catering, training materials, reimbursement of participant travel expenses, travel and accommodation for facilitators), technical support for online events, and organization of two expert roundtables. Detailed composition and scope are provided in the Terms of Reference.
Service Provider Responsibilities
• Facilitation of training events: preparation and delivery of in-person workshops and online events;
• Selection and booking of venues with presentation equipment and Wi-Fi, operational and technical on-site support;
• Organization of coffee breaks and lunches;
• Printing of workbooks, handouts, and evaluation forms based on provided templates; procurement and delivery of stationery;
• Logistics for participants and facilitators: administration of participant travel expense reimbursements, purchase of travel tickets, and booking accommodation for facilitators;
• Technical support for online workshops and plenary sessions (video conferencing platform, interactive training software, participant connection support, recording);
• Organization of 2 expert roundtables: venue rental, coffee breaks, facilitation;
• Preparation of reporting documents upon completion of services.
Service delivery timeline
Service period:from the date of contract signing until July 25, 2027.
Form of cooperation:contract with an individual entrepreneur (FOP) or a legal entity (LLC).
Format:in-person events in the regions and online events.
Due to the security situation, the schedule, locations, format, and scope of services may be changed upon written agreement with the FKO within the total contract value.
